Before starting my law practice, I spent my career in the nonprofit world, including over a decade leading the charitable gift planning team at a national nonprofit organization. Today, at Kristine Steakley Law, I will apply those same skills to help you with estate planning, ensuring you craft a thoughtful plan that brings you peace of mind while providing a meaningful legacy for your family and community.
I earned a B.A. at Messiah College, a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation from the American College of Financial Services. I was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013 and the Georgia Bar in 2025.
I am also active in our local community as a member of the DAR and a women's small group leader at my church, as well as serving on the board of a local nonprofit serving kids in foster care.
Kristine Steakley Law, LLC, is a 100% remote office leveraging the flexibility of a co-working network with convenient locations in Gainesville, Suwanee, Duluth, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, and beyond where we can reserve conference rooms as needed for in-person meetings.
